Infrastructure
Fabrication
We have ample setup for fabrication of Heavy & medium size jobs with 20,000 sq. ft. of area with overhead cranes & hydra cranes of upto 20 tons capacity, Self centering rotator upto 50 tons capacity for manufacturing of Tanks & pressure vessel with in house Plate Bending & Rolling facility upto 40 mm thick & 2500 mm width capacity.
We have manufactured jobs such as Pressure Vessels, Valve Bodies, Crusher Frames, Wind Mill & Turbine Components, etc. for our clients succesfully for the past years.
Machining
Our machine shop is well equipped with excellent CNC & NC Machines, such as vertical turning, horizontal boring, lathe & radial drill machines with tools & instruments for precision manufacturing of jobs with-20,000 Sq. ft. of covered area with overhead cranes upto 30 tons capacity for effective handling.
Facility
We hold normally 2000 to 3000 tonnes of steel in our works to ensure on time delivery to clients. The material is confirmed prior to manufacturing with all required Chemical, Physical and ultrasonic tests by our Quality Control department. We hold a strong setup of raw material in various thickness ranging from 5 mm to 250 mm thickness of reputed mill. We also have full fledged facility of CNC profile cutting with modern machines and equipment for better quality.
